Disputes

During a construction project, it is not uncommon for a project Owner or another contractor to raise a dispute about your work or your billing. 


You work hard for your money and you justifiably want to keep what money you make.

Litigation

Sometimes construction professionals get sued - unfortunately this is a fact of life.
